Absences
     Students are responsible for making up work when they are absent.  There will be a folder on their desk when they return.  The folder will contain any work that was missed during the absence.  Students will have one week to make up the work.  A lot of our work will be hands-on and our students may not be able to make it up at home(group work, experiments, team activities).  Effort will be made for students to have these opportunities when they return to school.  If students can not do the work missed, they will be given an assignment in which the information is covered in a different format.
